What we ask of a partner and what we provide in return.

What we need from you

  1. An HTTPS webhook receiver URL.
  2. Your customers' property rosters, either pushed to POST /v1/roster-imports or served from a feed we poll. Nothing else about properties.
  3. Nothing for workspaces. You provision them yourself with POST /v1/workspaces. Tell us only when a customer of yours is already a RapidEye customer, so we can link the two accounts rather than run them in parallel.
  4. Where the RapidEye link will live in your task UI. We highly suggest rendering it as a button on the checklist item, and marking that item complete when inspection.recording_completed arrives.
  5. If you want cleaners sent back to your app after the walkthrough: the app scheme or web origin to put on your return_url allowlist.

What you get from us

  1. Your partner key (rapideye_pk_...), delivered out of band.
  2. Self-serve workspace provisioning and roster import under that key. No ticket, no wait.
  3. The webhook signing secret.
  4. Direct access to our engineers at [email protected] while you build; we iterate fast.
